Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been shipped.

If your order has not yet been shipped:

• Please contact us immediately at info@lamapret.com

• Once confirmed, we will cancel your order

• A full refund will be processed to your original payment method

• Refund processing time: within 7 business days (depending on your bank)

If the order has already been shipped:

• The order cannot be cancelled

• You will need to receive the item and follow our Return Policy

• The return must meet our 30-day return eligibility conditions

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
